Rockit™ Apple Jam
A simple, buttery apple jam that pairs perfectly with Rock™ Cream Scones.
Ingredients
- 6 RockIT Apples, peeled and finely diced
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 tablespoons cold unsalted butter
Method
- Place a saucepan over medium heat and add the butter.
- Once the butter has melted, add the diced Rockit™ Apples. Cook for about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened and lightly golden.
- Add the sugar and stir to coat the apples. Reduce heat to low.
- Continue stirring gently until the sugar fully dissolves and the mixture becomes glossy and jam-like.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
