Apple Pie Overnight Oats
Busy mornings call for a delicious breakfast
Base
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup milk
- optional: 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ cup yogurt
Caramelized Apple
- 3 Rockit apples
- 3 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Dash of cinnamon
Method
- Mix the oats and milk together
- Prepare the caramelized apples by chopping up 3 Rockit Apples
- Then mix in the coconut sugar, maple syrup and cinnamon
- Heat up a pan and pour your apple mixture
- Stir over a medium flame until all caramelized (around 3 minutes)
- Layer your overnight oats by placing one layer of oats, then a layer of the caramelized apples, a layer of yogurt, another layer of oats and then top it off with the rest of the caramelized apples
- Let it sit in the fridge overnight and enjoy!
