Chocolate-Dipped Rockit™ Apple Rounds
Recipe for Chocolate-Dipped Rockit Apple Rounds:
- 4 Rockit apples, sliced into ¼-inch rounds
- 1 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
- 3 tbsp pistachio crème
- 1 tsp sea salt flakes
- 2 tbsp pistachios, roughly chopped
Instructions:
- Slice Rockit apples into ¼-inch rounds. Pat dry with a paper towel so the chocolate adheres well.
- Melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each apple round into the melted chocolate, letting any excess drip off. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- While the chocolate is still wet, drizzle pistachio crème over each round, then sprinkle with sea salt flakes and chopped pistachios.
- Let the chocolate set at room temperature or refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving.
