Rockit™ Single Serve Apple Cake

Looking for a quick and delicious treat? These Rockit™ Single Serve Apple Cakes are the perfect bite-sized indulgence! Made with naturally sweet miniature apples, they’re easy to prep, perfectly portioned, and packed with cozy flavor—great for breakfast, dessert, or an afternoon pick-me-up.

Ingredients:

• 1-2 Rockit™  apples
• 1 egg
• 3 tbsp flour 
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 2-3 tbsp milk 
• ½ tsp cinnamon 
• spray oil 

Instructions:

1. Slice your Rockit apples thinly using a knife/mandoline 
2. Mix your egg, flour, sugar, milk and cinnamon together 
3. Spray a mini skill with spray oil 
4. Place your apple slices on the bottom of a mini skillet
5. Pour the batter on top
6. Bake @350F for around 20 minutes
7. Top with a scoop of whipped cream and enjoy!
