Rockit™ Caramel Apple Bark Bites
Nothing screams fall more than Rockit™ Caramel Apple Bark Bites 🍫🍎
Ingredients:
- 2-3 Rockit miniature apples
- 6 mini pretzels
- 3 tablespoons caramel sauce
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
Melt the chocolate and place a spoonful in the bottom of a silicone muffin mold (save some chocolate to drizzle on top at the end)
Cut your Rockit miniature apple into slices
Place your Rockit miniature slice on the melted chocolate
Place a spoonful of caramel sauce on top of the Rockit apple slice
Place a pretzel on top
Drizzle the rest of the melted chocolate on top
Freeze for an hour, pop out of the mold & enjoy!
