Rockit™ Apple Chips
These healthier homemade apple chips can’t be easier to make and are the perfect sweet and crunchy snack for when that craving kicks in
Ingredients:
- 4-5 Rockit Snack Sized Apples
- 3 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions:
- Slice the Rockit apples thinly – with a knife or mandolin
- Mix the sliced apples with the oil
- Mix in the coconut sugar and cinnamon until each piece is covered
- Lay out the slices on a piece of parchment paper and air fry @350f for 15-20 minutes until crispy
- Let it cool and enjoy!
