The Rockit™ Apples’ compact nature lends itself perfectly to snacking and as a charming addition to your charcuterie board. Each item below was curated specifically to pair perfectly with each bite you take!

Ingredients:

  • 1 shuttle of Rockit Mini Apples
  • 1 8oz wheel of Brie cheese
  • 1 bunch of red grapes
  • 1 bunch of green grapes
  • 1 pk. sliced uncured pepperoni
  • 1 pk. sliced salami
  • 1 pk. cheese curds
  • ¼ lb. fresh figs
  • 1 box crackers of choice
  • 20 dark chocolate almond butter cups
  • 1 cup shelled pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup snacking tomatoes
  • 3 mini wax-coated cheeses
  • 2 cups of popped corn
  • ½ cup of chocolate covered espresso beans
  • 3 mini brie cheeses
  • 1 pk. fresh rosemary

Directions:

  1. Place a small cutting board on your larger charcuterie board. Take the 8oz Brie cheese out of its packaging and set it on the small cutting board. Use a small biscuit cutter to make a hole in the Brie cheese that’s about the size of one Rockit™ Apple, then pop the apple in. It’s a perfect match for your charcuterie centerpiece!

  2. Incorporating food-safe greenery like rosemary into a charcuterie board is not only a matter of aesthetics but also enhances the overall dining experience. Rosemary sprigs not only contribute a visual touch of vibrant green, but they also release a delightful aroma that infuses the surrounding space with an inviting, herbal fragrance.

  3. Slicing your figs is not just about presentations; it serves a functional purpose too. These delectable fruits are known for their tender flesh and sweet, jammy center, which can be better appreciated when sliced.
